My training philosophy is SIMPLE (Safe, Intense, Motivating, Personalized, Lifestyle-centered, and Effective).

Consistency, dedication, devotion and making time to put yourself first, are essential for making exercise a lifestyle. Rather than looking at it as something you have to do to look good for someone, some special event, making a good impression or winning some type of contest, you must see it as a new way of life. Exercise and proper nutrition will allow you to live the most active, happy, pain and disease free life possible. Long-term healthy lifestyle changes should be your goal and I encourage all of my clients to start making the changes NOW! Even if it’s just a little at a time, GET STARTED! It’s OK to take baby steps as long as they are in the right direction. Sooner than you think, you won’t know how you lived any other way and you’ve won the battle that most people don’t even undertake…making exercise a habit.

I’ll be there for you every step of the way. I will consult with you to design a fitness program that will not only bring you results, but one you’ll enjoy and one that is tailored to your lifestyle and takes your special needs into account.
